MORGAN EVANS HITS THE ROAD ON GLOBE-TROTTING WORLD TOUR
International star MORGAN EVANS is kicking off an exciting season of globe-trotting tonight (9/3), with his highly-anticipated WORLD TOUR getting underway in Dublin, Ireland.
Spanning eight countries and more than 25 dates through this fall and winter, the run will put Evans’ acclaimed live show in front of audiences across three continents, including his native country Australia. Known for his thrilling, one-of-a-kind performances, tickets for the shows are already going fast – boasting eight advance SELL OUTS – and a pair of new supporting acts have just been added to the bill.
Special guests on Evans’ WORLD TOUR will now include emerging Country artist Madison Kozak and GRAMMY award-winning songwriter Chris DeStefano on select dates. Kozak – an exciting new talent debuting with the heartwarming track, “First Last Name” – will appear on dates in the U.S. and Canada, and DeStefano – Evans’ longtime collaborator and co-producer, will appear on the run’s Australian dates.
"This tour feels like something I’ve been working toward forever and, at the same time, the start of something," said Evans. "I couldn’t be more stoked to sing these songs all over the world over the next few months! Some places we are visiting for the first time, and some places will feel like coming home but, no matter what, we’re gonna make a whole bunch of great memories together!”
Meanwhile, Evans will release a live, Bluegrass-tinged acoustic video for the track “Young Again” on Thursday (9/5) – but his passionate fanbase is getting an early look at the stripped-down clip. Fans who have signed up for the multi-talent’s email list have today received a sneak preview of the video, a full 48 hours before the rest of the world. “Young Again” appears on Evans’ critically-lauded Warner Music Nashville debut album, THINGS THAT WE DRINK TO, which arrived in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Country Albums chart in 2018 and also included the GOLD-certified #1 smash, “Kiss Somebody.”
Evans has been wowing massive crowds on the road all summer with Rascal Flatts’ SUMMER PLAYLIST TOUR (with four dates in September still on the itinerary), as his profile continues to rise everywhere he goes. From chart-topping success and media attention in the U.S. to countless awards and a recent PLATINUM certification for “Kiss Somebody” in Australia, it won’t be long before the whole world calls Evans a Country music superstar.

ABOUT MORGAN EVANS:
Praised by Rolling Stone as “a savvy performer with strong songwriting chops,” Australian-born rising Country artist Morgan Evans is celebrating the release of his debut album, THINGS THAT WE DRINK TO (Warner Music Nashville), out now. The project features his #1 debut U.S. single “Kiss Somebody,” as well as follow-up hit “Day Drunk.” Forging a path as one of the genre’s up-and-coming stars, he has been named to PEOPLE’s elite “Ones To Watch” 2018 list, MusicRow Magazine’s “Next Big Thing” 2019 list and spotlighted as an emerging artist by CMT, SiriusXM, Pandora, Rolling Stone, Billboard, Bobby Bones, The Tennessean and more. An award-winning Country force in Australia, he recently reached new heights by topping both the Aussie Pop and Country charts with “Day Drunk.” Previously sharing the bill with Taylor Swift, Chris Young, Cole Swindell, Old Dominion and more, Evans wrapped his run as direct support on DAN + SHAY THE TOUR before joining Rascal Flatts’ SUMMER PLAYLIST TOUR.
ABOUT MADISON KOZAK:
A native of rural Ontario, Canada, rising Country singer-songwriter Madison Kozak is turning heads with her brand new track “First Last Name.” "Sharp, swooning, and all the right kinds of sentimental" (Rolling Stone), the song is inspired by her relationship with her father, who introduced her to Country greats including Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash. After scoring a publishing deal with powerhouse company Big Loud as a Junior at Belmont University, Kozak has signed as the flagship artist of Songs & Daughters – a female-focused label partnership between Big Loud and award-winning songwriter Nicolle Galyon. While continuing to build an arsenal of impactful, honest songs with esteemed songwriters such as Lori McKenna, James Slater and Craig Wiseman, Kozak has taken the stage at high-profile fairs and festivals, and will join Morgan Evans' WORLD TOUR this fall as a special guest for the U.S. and Canada dates. Checking off her bucket list, Kozak is set to make her Grand Ole Opry debut on October 25.
ABOUT CHRIS DESTEFANO:
Chris DeStefano is a singer/songwriter, producer/mixer and multi-instrumentalist based in Nashville, TN. He is a 3x CMA Triple Play Award Winner and has co-penned over 20 hit songs for artists like Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, Chase Rice, Rascal Flatts, Billy Currington, Dan+Shay, Miranda Lambert, Chris Young and Morgan Evans.
