Directed by Kimberly Nail with Kimberly Nail Creative and Jon Hernandez, the video captures Jill and Julia as they hang out backstage at the Gibson Garage in Nashville with their band ahead of a performance. Intercut with the band's backstage moments are high-flying moves from dancers Isabella Bruno, Hannah Grace Colin, Emilie Jaen, Bella Klassen, Anika Kojima and Natalie Minns performing choreography by Gianna Martello. Colin and Martello are alums of the hit show Dance Moms, combining The Pretty Wild's music with their love of dance.

The Pretty Wild wrote "Bettin' On Us" with Ben Williams and Colin Healey, and the song pays homage to Jill and Julia's adopted hometown of Las Vegas, where they first began performing. Produced by JoJo Centineo, the driving track finds the sisters betting on themselves and inspiring listeners to look past the naysayers and go after their dreams.
"Bettin' On Us" was released in February and has been spotlighted by outlets including American Songwriter, Billboard and Country Now, which praised the "hard-hitting country-rock anthem" and Jill and Julia's "soaring vocals."
