MEGAN MORONEY TO MAKE DEBUT APPEARANCE ON NBC’S THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON ON JUNE 4

Tomorrow, Sony Music Nashville/Columbia Records singer/songwriter Megan Moroney will make her highly awaited debut appearance on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Airing on Tuesday (June 4) at 11:35/10:35c, the Country superstar’s debut will include a performance of her hit song “No Caller ID” — an unforgettably moving track from her much-buzzed-about sophomore album Am I Okay? (due out July 12).

Taking time out from touring stadiums as part of Kenny Chesney’s SUN GOES DOWN 2024 TOUR, Moroney is sure to win over a whole new legion of fans with “No Caller ID”: a post-breakup ballad that perfectly showcases the dazzling relatability of her storytelling. Written by MoroneyJessi AlexanderConnie Harrington, and Jessie Jo Dillon — and produced by her frequent collaborator Kristian Bush — the longtime fan favorite brings Moroney’s gorgeously raspy vocals to a real-life account of receiving a late-night phone call from an ex just as your heartbreak is beginning to heal. After premiering in January, “No Caller ID” set the record for the biggest Country female song debut in streams in the U.S., racking up 8.4 MILLION global streams in its first week alone and once again proving the massive appeal of the Emo Cowgirl’s heart-on-sleeve songwriting.

Scheduled to land this Friday (6/7), Moroney announced on socials that her newest track "Man on the Moon" from her forthcoming project will be available everywhere. Also featuring the previously released “28th of June” and “Indifferent,” Am I Okay? marks the follow-up to Moroney’s blockbuster debut Lucky — a critically lauded LP that landed on best-of-the-year lists from major outlets like The New York Times and Rolling Stone and delivered smash hits like 2X PLATINUM, No. 1 breakout single “Tennessee Orange.” One of the most widely anticipated releases of 2024, the album is the latest in a nonstop series of triumphs for Moroney, who recently won the NEW FEMALE ARTIST OF THE YEAR prize at the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards and reached the highly coveted milestone of surpassing a BILLION total global streams across all platforms.
