Country-Rock standouts Southall are headed back out on the road for the 10 YEARS OF SIX STRING SORROW TOUR, which celebrates a decade since their debut record Six String Sorrow. The action kicks off March 6, 2025 in Lincoln, NE, and continues through May. Proud Oklahoma natives, Southall will play their home state multiple times throughout the run, stopping by Heritage Hall, Tumbleweed Dance Hall, and Choctaw Casino. 10 YEARS OF SIX STRING SORROW TOUR is not only a tip of the hat to their early music, but also a thank you to those that came out to shows in the pivotal early days. The six-member group comprised of Read Southall, Reid Barber, Jeremee Knipp, Braxton Curliss, John Tyler Perry, and Ryan Wellman came together in 2015, playing dance halls and bars all across the country. Six String Sorrow is the record that united the band and led to a decade of new music and five albums under their belt. This record not only launched the band’s career but eventually led to nods from top-tier sources like Rolling Stone, saying they defy genres and “infuse rock and metal into the band’s coffee shop vibe.” 

Formerly known as Read Southall Band, the GOLD-certified group (“Why”) boasts nearly 600 MILLION total streams and has 1.2 MILLION cumulative monthly listeners. They spent the last few years building a rabid grassroots following on the road across the country, winning over crowds alongside Whiskey Myers, Jamey Johnson, Blackberry Smoke, and Chase Rice, and on their headlining run as an epic breakout takes shape.

Founding member Read Southall hails from Oklahoma and is joined in the six-piece group by Reid Barber, Jeremee Knipp, Braxton Curliss, John Tyler Perry, and Ryan Wellman.
