DUSTIN LYNCH PROVING TO HAVE ONE HELL OF A YEAR AS HIS HEADLINE HELL OF A NIGHT TOUR CLAIMS ADVANCE SELLOUTS FOR 4 CALIFORNIA SH
Broken Bow Records’ Dustin Lynch is proving to have one hell of a year, and the packed crowd at the recent celebration for his second consecutive #1 single “Hell Of A Night” reinforced his breakout success. Friends, family and members of the music industry gathered to toast Lynch at Nashville’s local bar SOUTH, where the rising new artist played his first-ever full band show, bringing the milestone moment full circle.
Taking his full band show to a new level, Lynch is prepping for his first major headline HELL OF A NIGHT Tour, which just this week claims advance sellouts for four shows at House of Blues venues across California – San Diego (January 28th) and Anaheim (January 29-31st). Lynch’s first Anaheim tour stop SOLD OUT immediately after going on sale October 24th and turned into a 3-night run with all 3,300 tickets sold due to such high fan demand. Anaheim and San Diego continue the West coast hot ticket trend, following the rapid sellout of the November 20th show at the Fillmore Auditorium in Denver, CO.
“This is crazy! I’ve always said that California is one of our favorite places to play and this just shows why,” exclaimed Dustin Lynch. “Thank you SoCal fans. We can’t wait to bring the party!”
Rocketing into full gear, Lynch’s HELL OF A NIGHT Tour will cover 35+ cities nationwide, including major stops in New York City, Boston, Houston and New Orleans and features special guest Big Loud Records’ Chris Lane and newcomer Tyler Rich.
Lynch’s run on Luke Bryan’s 2015 KICK THE DUST UP Tour wrapped this week and he took every opportunity to watch the celebrated entertainer’s set. Learning from Bryan, it's no surprise that fans and critics alike are buzzing about Lynch’s live show. Billboard praised, “[Lynch] opened up the show with a brief-yet-impressive set that included his hit singles ‘Cowboys And Angels’ and ‘Where It's At,’ as well as his current radio hit ‘Hell Of A Night’ -- bringing the crowd to its feet” while RollingStone.com lauded the “…series of big, loud riffs that took us to the country by way of the jungle.” Glamour noted, “Dustin Lynch is making quite a name for himself” and TooFab hailed him as “Country music’s sexiest up-and-comer.”
Recently inviting Lynch to join him on the road again for the 2016 KILL THE LIGHTS Tour, Bryan added an extra vote of confidence in an interview with Rolling Stone Country, “I love Dustin Lynch, because I see so many aspects of Dustin that were me. Dustin is that guy that loves every day, he just loves being at the party, and by that I mean the game. He's just goofy and naïve enough like me that he'll be a superstar."
Lynch’s current chart-rising single “Mind Reader” follows consecutive #1 smashes “Hell Of A Night” and the PLATINUM-certified, multi-week chart-topper “Where It’s At.”
Since releasing his PLATINUM debut single, “Cowboys And Angels,” Lynch has catapulted onto the Country music scene. Racking up over 35 million views on YouTube/VEVO, notching 74 million plus streams on Spotify, soaring to #1 on the MTV Music Meter and selling 2.7 million digital singles, he brings a fresh combination of traditional influences and edgy intensity to the genre. Producers Mickey Jack Cones, Brett Beavers and Luke Wooten showcase his progressive sound throughout his sophomore album, WHERE IT’S AT (Broken Bow Records), which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Country Albums Chart upon release and has tallied over 1 million tracks sold to date.
