MUSIC SENSATION HOME FREE DEBUTS THEIR VERSION OF JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE’S CHART-TOPPING, SINGLE “CAN’T STOP THE FEELING"
Amassing over 75 million YouTube views, Home Free is at it again with the release of their all-vocal music video cover of Justin Timberlake’s chart-topping smash, “CAN'T STOP THE FEELING!” exclusively on ETonline.com today (6/21). The original version of the song, co-written by Timberlake (Beyoncé, Timbaland), Max Martin (Katy Perry, Taylor Swift) and Shellback (Adele, Taylor Swift), is included in the upcoming DreamWorks’ feature film “Trolls” scheduled to be released this November.
"We're really inspired by the summer and this video embodies those sentiments and the way we like to make music in general: we have as much fun as possible!" Austin Brown told ET. "Hopefully, our fans and anyone that is just discovering Home Free can share this feeling with us. Can you tell we like to have a good time?"
Directed by FifGen’s Reilly Zamber, McKenzie Zamber and Jimmy Bates, the happy-go-lucky, summertime feelin’ video was shot in Prior Lake, MN during a recent recording session. Home Free’s version of “CAN'T STOP THE FEELING!” highlights the band’s impressive vocal range and flawless harmonies. The cover also captures what NJArts.net noted after a recent concert, “each voice transforms the song, creating pure ear candy… [and an] irresistible ‘feel-good’ groove.”
Having recently wrapped up their 34-day, 26-show DON’T IT FEEL GOOD Spring Tour, the band will continue to play dates through the fall with a tour announcement coming soon. On September 29, they will support multi-platinum selling, GRAMMY Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame inductees Alabama at the Starlight Theatre in Kansas City, MO.
