Jam-packed in the middle of an applauded headlining tour that has taken her around the world and back, Black River Entertainment’s KELSEA BALLERINI will make her debut on CBS’ The Late Late Show with James Corden with her current single, “I Hate Love Songs,” on April 10.
Predicted to be “her biggest hit ever” by Billboard, the cheeky ode to a modern-day romance was cleverly penned by the Country music trailblazer alongside Shane McAnally and Trevor Rosen and recently notched the second-most added slot at Country radio.
Currently introducing “I Hate Love Songs” on THE UNAPOLOGETICALLY TOUR, the headlining trek picks up next week in Columbus, OH, for a rescheduled show at EXPRESS LIVE! on April 3, followed by a major city sold-out stop at PlayStation Theater in New York City (4/5). The Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara, CA, (4/25) is the only venue with limited tickets remaining, as 14 dates quickly hit capacity.
This Friday (3/30), Ballerini will make a special visit to Hemisfair in San Antonio, TX, to jumpstart the three-day 2018 NCAA March Madness Music Festival. Kicking off the AT&T Block Party on the electrifying first night, the non-ticketed event is open to the public on a first-come basis. Live streaming coverage of the festival performance can be found on att.com/blockparty, plus ncaa.com, bleacherreport.com, and the official NCAA March Madness YouTube channel.
Nominated for Female Vocalist of the Year and Video of the Year (“Legends”), fans can also tune in on April 15 to see Ballerini take the stage live from Las Vegas at the 53rd Academy of Country Music Awards on CBS. Leading up to the award show, she’ll participate in on-site events including the sold-out 95.5 THE BULL'S 10TH ANNUAL ALL-STAR GUITAR PULL (4/12) and the inaugural ACM WORKOUT FOR A CAUSE: ERIN OPREA UNLEASHED TOUR (4/14).

ABOUT KELSEA BALLERINI:
Applauded as GRAMMY nominee Kelsea Ballerini’s “grown-up statement” (Rolling Stone), the Black River Entertainment artist’s acclaimed sophomore album UNAPOLOGETICALLY takes listeners on an intimate journey of loss, life, and love. The 12-track compilation – all written or co-written by Ballerini – features the GOLD-certified, #1 hit “Legends” and current chart-rising single “I Hate Love Songs.” She's currently on THE UNAPOLOGETICALLY TOUR, following her sold-out first headlining tour, THE FIRST TIME TOUR (2016). The record-breaker skyrocketed to stardom after releasing PLATINUM-certified, #1 smashes – “Love Me Like You Mean It,” “Dibs,” “Peter Pan” – from her GOLD-certified breakout THE FIRST TIME. Ballerini is the only female artist in Country music history, including female duos and groups, to go #1 with her first three consecutive singles from a debut album. As spotted on “Best Dressed” lists, the style maven appeared in a multi-page fashion spread in Cosmopolitan’s March 2018 issue, with several other high profile looks: Billboard Magazine’s GRAMMY preview issue; Forbes’ “30 Under 30” class; and People Magazine’s “Beauty at Every Age” list in their iconic World’s Most Beautiful issue. Praised by The New York Times as an “elegant songwriter," Ballerini has received the esteemed ASCAP Vanguard Award, CMT Next Women of Country’s Impact Award, Nashville Business Journal’s Artist of the Year, ACM Honor’s Gene Weed Milestone Award, iHeartRadio Music Award for Best New Country Artist, Billboard Women in Music’s Rising Star, multiple Radio Disney Music Awards plus several breakthrough female awards from ACM and CMT. She’s vying for ACM Female Vocalist of the Year and ACM Video of the Year (“Legends”) at the upcoming award show airing live April 15 on CBS.
