CRAIG CAMPBELL JOINS NFL TO STAND AGAINST CANCER WITH “STRONGER THAN THAT” STADIUM PERFORMANCE

BBR Music Group hitmaker CRAIG CAMPBELL played to a sold-out stadium crowd of 66,000 in Minneapolis on Sunday (10/14), taking a stand against cancer with the uplifting anthem “Stronger Than That” as the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings took on the Arizona Cardinals.

With fans in the stands holding signs that read “Stronger Than Cancer,” Campbell’s heartfelt, unifying performance was part of the NFL’s ongoing Crucial Catch platform, which raises awareness, support and money for families battling a cancer diagnosis.

Meant as a rally cry of support for the millions of Americans standing tough against cancer, "Stronger Than That” was written for Fight CRC (Fight Colorectal Cancer), a charity which seeks to raise awareness about the disease and funding for a cure. Campbell is one of the organization’s national spokespersons and brings a deeply personal connection to the cause, as colorectal cancer claimed his father’s life at the age of 36 – Campbell was just 11 years old at the time. A portion of the proceeds from “Stronger Than That” will be donated to Fight CRC, and Campbell has previously raised more than $300,000 for the cause.

Meanwhile, Campbell’s flirtatious single “See You Try” has been heating up Country radio airwaves, cracking the Top 40 as part of his SEE YOU TRY EP. An acoustic video companion to the project – SEE YOU TRY Stripped at The Stage – is out now. Recorded live in the Nashville honky tonk where Campbell cut his teeth, this edition features all seven of the EP’s songs, including the critical hit “Outskirts of Heaven.” Plus, the Country purist just finished up his coast-to-coast headlining SEE YOU TRY TOUR last week.
